RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.
Please find the return request link within your order details page, seen at the top right of the screen, and fill out the necessary details to submit your return.
* Please note that due to the discounted value of sale items, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. *
Return shipping is to be covered by the customer unless a mistake has been made on our part.
Please provide us with a tracking number to supply our warehouse as proof of shipment and to track your return. Include your name, order #, and details of what you are returning on a slip of paper within your package.
When your return has been processed you will then be notified by email of your return status. Returns are issued by a store credit, use your unique code at checkout to apply your credit to your new order.
