We are located in New York! Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process & ship, you will receive an email shipping notification 1-2 business days after your order has shipped, packages ship out Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding Federal holidays.

Please allow 1-4 weeks for some international orders to be delivered, depending on the shipping service selected. A shipment notification will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Any customs duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your tracking info as you may need to sign & collect your package at your local postal office.
