Solo Tango Press’s LOBBY DART is some grown man skateboarding from a Toronto crew with a median age of 35 (seemingly). You’re never too old to get your friends together, grab a camera, and make something for the ages.

After taking a well-deserved break post-Magnetic Tape & Soul (seriously, these guys pumped out a video a year for half the decade), the Threads crew is back with the aptly-titled Footnotes, dropping this summer.

2026 is shaping up to be a big summer for classic NYC spots. Reggaeton’s getting a facelift this week, so stay off the courts until the 19th.

A couple of weeks old but still worth highlighting: a long-form video and a (digital) zine exploring Fred Gall and Wheeler Antabanez’s spot hunting ten stories above downtown Newark. Really helps you contextualize everything that goes into getting a single clip that flies past you in a full length, and reminds you how cool the internet was before everything was so centralized.

I know we keep plugging Neil Macdonald’s Elsewhere, but having finally gotten my hands on a copy, I cannot stress what an incredible historical document it is. If you’re partial to English skateboarding in any way, read Slam’s interview with Neil before you grab a copy ASAP.

This week, I learned that Green Apple skateshop has at least one video predating Modern Love: 1997’s Blue Green.
