Vintage Sony Handicam Mini-DV DCR-HC42 Video Camera

This is a tiny vintage Sony DCR-HC42 Mini-DV Video Camera, in working condition. The lithium battery is no longer holding a charge so you will need to purchase a new battery. But with the included power adapter, the camera powers up nicely and records/plays with no noticeable issues.

This lil buddy is so lightweight and compact it's an amazing little camera for skaters on the go who don't want a heavy, burdensome camera bag on their back. Or, use it as a capture camera by attaching it to it's docking station and connecting via firewire. As mentioned above, it has been tested while plugged in via the power cord and recorded content onto a tape. Comes with a perfectly-sized Lowepro camera bag which holds all accessories as well as extra tapes, a skate tool, etc. The 2.5" Vision LCD screen swivels so you can always see what you're recording. Comes with a remote control and a detachable camera light. 

* Please note, there are some cosmetic scratches on the side of the camera and the viewfinder eyepiece is showing some sun-fading and discolration.
