This is amazing Canon AE-1 35mm SLR camera with a 50mm Canon 1.8 lens. The AE-1 is a tank...a super solid camera that I think is just the perfect 35mm SLR. The lens is clean and the film compartment is solid and ready for a new roll of film. We have tested the camera with a new battery and it works beautifully....The shutter sounds like true, precise perfection....PLEASE NOTE, the battery compartment door has some very minimal damage on the bottom corner of the door. It still closes and locks fine, but you can see upon close examination that the battery door just has mild damage on the corner. It doesn't affect performance, but please see detail photos before purchasing.
We'll be shipping this camera without it's battery to protect from any chance of corrosion.
