TOA IS HIRING!

We are looking for a new member of the TOA family with solid experience in e-commerce and proficiency in Photoshop, Shopify and Excel. Applicants must be local to the NYC area, enjoy customer service and have a deep love for skateboarding. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

-Proficiency in Shopify, Photoshop, Excel

-2+ years in e-commerce or online merchandising

-Ability to execute current + future projects and deadlines

-Strong cross-departmental communication skills

-Aesthetic sense that informs decisions to improve web-store experience

-Managing web orders from start to finish

-Creating and maintaining product listings for past, present, and future releases

-Editing product photos and assets

-Customer Service: Communicating between warehouse and customers to see returns, exchanges and other issues through smoothly

-Streamlining product descriptions to be consistent and clear across the site

-Managing and updating web-store item inventory and keeping appearance of front page and collections fresh and updated regularly

-Communicating with TOA departments to ensure web-store assets and information is accurate

-Building new listings for new catalog B2B launches

-Working with management to plan inventory for future seasons

-Creating monthly web-sales reports to review performance & trends with team

-Creating email newsletters to coincide with web-store releases

-Brainstorming and planning future web-store sales, events, and offers
