News: New Hopps(icle) Commercial
Jahmal Williams and Hopps Skateboards have been crushing it over the past couple years and this summer is no exception. Launching their summer line of “Hoppsicle” boards was a rad welcome to a much needed summer here in NYC. But this newest video offering is nothing short of amazing. Bringing back the creativity and out-of-the-box thinking of the old Girl/Chocolate skits of the mid-to-late 90’s, Marcus Manoogian worked with Jahmal for months to get complete what is one of the sickest board brand commercials I’ve seen to date. Check it out.
If you blew it and didn’t manage to make it out to the Hopps party last Friday in New York city, it’s not too late. Lucky for you Hopps just posted the commercial they premiered at the party on their website.
I’m extremely jealous of this. I still to this day receive compliments for the Hopps commercial with the Hopps-logo’ed board riding around new york, through soccer fields, streets and even a roller coaster. Only catch is I didn’t do it. Marcus Manoogian did. Hopefully I’ll mistakenly get credit for this commercial too. The shit is on point…....Enjoy.

Yeah that shit was weak
Loved it. Definitely enjoy skits when they are done well by rad people. Cool to see Jahmal play the role of the ice cream man so well.
The fact that he gave himself the “fudgesicle” board still makes me laugh.
Definitely liking the use of oldie songs for Hopps commercials. Instant classics.
